From Nov. 11th to 15th, the 22nd China High-tech Fair (Herein after referred to CHTF) was held in Shenzhen Exhibition and Convention Center with the theme of “Transforming the Future with Technology and Driving Development with Innovation”. This Exhibition has attracted 3,349 exhibitors and 451,000 visitors on site.
Located at 1D64, Hall 1, Hypersen Technologies not only exhibited industrial grade optical precision detection sensors like Chromatic Confocal Displacement Sensor, High-speed Industrial Camera, Laser Cross Beam Sensor, 3D Solid-state LiDAR, Laser Displacement Sensors and ToF Ranging Sensor, as well as mechanical 6D Force Torque Sensor for force controlled polishing and precision assembly. Among them, the 3D Solid-state LiDAR HPS-3D640 employed the latest technology developed by Hypersen, enjoys a larger field of view, higher resolution and stronger sensing capability.
As a high-tech enterprise applying mechanics, optics, electronics, and algorithm technology to the R&D and large-scale production of sensors comprehensively, Hypersen has attracted much attention thanks to its comprehensive and multi-angle product display solutions. The detection demonstration of different objects by the Chromatic confocal sensor fully demonstrated its detecting ability without limitation to materials and colors. In addition, and the demonstration of robot hand guiding using the 6D force torque sensor also attracted many visitors. The staff from Hypersen have always answered the audiences’ questions with full enthusiasm, showing the latest cutting-edge technology, product features and advantages of Hypersen sensors.
With the mission of “dedicated to establishing a premium brand of intelligent sensors”, Hypersen’s newly developed High-speed Industrial Camera was selected as an outstanding innovative product of this year’s CHTF and was exhibited in the excellent innovative product exhibition area. This camera is used to provide high-speed industrial inspection solutions with the following features：40G optical fiber ultra-high-speed transmission, 1490fps@ 2048*1080 8bit, 2971fps@ 1024*1024 8bit, 2.2 million pixels. Represented by this camera, many high-precision monitoring instruments displayed in the above area resolve the urgent problems in high-precision monitoring and have set an example for the breakthrough of China’s precision core technology.
At the invitation of science and technology supervision unit of the Baoan District, Hypersen exhibited highly reliable high-quality industrial grade precision measuring sensors in Baoan Science and Technology Pavilion. It is said that there would be no high-end equipment manufacturing without ultra-precision measurement,.
